A: Usually we manufacture the packing machines according to customers' requirement, it is suitable for packing powder, granules, liquid, paste into small sachet.

A: two ways: 1, customer send technician to our factory to learn how to adjust machine, we train them with free.
2, we can send our engineer abroad to adjust machine and train workers.

A: Generally, you will find the solutions in the manual. But if still can not solve the problem, please contact with the after-sale service department or the sales person by email or phone. We will reply you within 24 hours.
 
7: Can we invite your engineer to our company to install or solve the problem when necessary?
 
A: Sure, we can send our engineer to serve you. Customer should be afford the visa, two ways tickets, accommodation and labor charge 100 USD per day.
 
8: What are the payment terms?
 
A: TT and irrevocable 100% LC are acceptable. If pay by TT, 30% down payment before producing, 70% balance pay before arranging shipping.
 
9: What's delivery time?
 
 A: Normally delivery time is about30-90days after receiving down payment for one set packing system, depend on customer's requirement.
