1. Product overview

The machine is driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC. The product has complete functions. It can make moulds according to user's requirements. It has fast speed and stable performance. Suitable for packing loose,non sticky granule material in the medicine,food, daily chemical and other industries,automatic packing into sachet with measurement requirement,such as granule, solid drinks, coffee and so on. Because this machine is multi-line and multi-channel, which is economical and efficient, it is chosen by most users.

3. Basic function of production line

3.1,The linkage line model is DXD-BLK680. It is composed of two sets fully automatic Model680 granular packing machines, two sets slideway bag picking and climbing, two sets automatic weighing and rejecting systems, one set conveying bag counting and contracting mechanism, and one set cartoning machine.

3.2,Linkage line has automatic feeding, filling, bag making, easy tearing, batch number, slideway bag picking, conveying, weighing and rejecting, bag counting, bag missing elimination, small bag shrinkage, carton forming, opening, bag packing, batch number printing, sealing, no instructions removal, three-dimensional package, opening, packing, sealing, binding and so on. It can also be equipped with hot melt adhesive system to complete the sealing function of hot melt adhesive.

3.3,This linkage line can link the whole line and run independently of each single machine, including the conveying mechanism can also run independently. It guarantees that the production of the whole line will not be affected during the maintenance of a single equipment. When the packing machine is repaired, the granular bags have outlets in front of the packing machine, which will not affect the manual packing.

3.4,90% of the control software and hardware of the linkage line are imported components, which make the control more convenient, efficient and durable. Detailed configuration is shown in Annex 2.

3.5,The stable production capacity of the production line is over 70-100 boxes per minute. (Depending on the size of the box)
