1. The latest domestic high-power transmission mechanism is adopted, and the transmission shaft is driven by the row chain, which avoids the error and noise of other gear transmissions.

2.Electrical control system, in accordance with customer requirements, the configuration of missing material leakage and defect detection and elimination device (Omron Sensor) , using frequency converter.

3. The whole machine adopts four-position combination: PVC molding, feeding, heat sealing, punching can complete the packing.

4.Adopt photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, automatic feeding, waste edge automatic feeding device, to ensure multi-station synchronization and stability over a long distance

5. Can also be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction device, with servo motor traction, image and text on the plate printing packaging, packaging to optimize the grade.

8: What are the payment terms?
 
A: TT and irrevocable 100% LC are acceptable. If pay by TT, 30% down payment before producing, 70% balance pay before arranging shipping.
 
9: What's delivery time?
 
 A: Normally delivery time is about30-90days after receiving down payment for one set packing system, depend on customer's requirement.
